The Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) is an examination conducted only in the Telugu-speaking states of Andhra Pradesh (AP) and Telangana for admissions in engineering, agriculture, and medicine.

The following list presents some of the engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh accepting the AP EAMCET score for admissions with their National Institution Ranking Framework (NIRF) ranks.
1. Andhra University, Visakhapatnam
As of 2020, Andhra University is ranked 69th by NIRF. It offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering. The students also get access to the placement cell of the college with an opportunity to work for the major companies in the country.
As of 2019, the EAMCET ranking cut-off for B. Tech in computer science is 8,593 for the general category.
Students who have passed their 12th-grade exam in the physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology (PCMB) stream are eligible to apply to the Andhra University College of Engineering.
2. University College of Engineering, Kakinada, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada
As of 2020, University College of Engineering is ranked 97th by NIRF. It offers courses in the streams of engineering and information technology (IT) and software. In 2020, its students were placed in companies across the country with a median pay package of Rs. 4.6 lakhs per annum.
As of 2019, the EAMCET ranking cut-off for B. Tech in computer science 2,154 for the general category.
Students with a minimum of 45% aggregate in their 12th grade from a recognized board are eligible to apply.
3. Vignan’s Foundation for Science, Technology and Research, Guntur
As of 2020, Vignan’s was ranked 118th by NIRF and offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in engineering, including B. Tech, Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Master of Technology (M. Tech), and Master of Engineering (M.E.).
Undergraduate students who graduated from this soon-to-be deemed university in 2020 were placed in companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, Zoho Corp, and Granules India Ltd.
As of 2019, the EAMCET ranking cut-off for the B. Tech program is 53,954 for the general category.
4. Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada
Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College was ranked 156th by NIRF in 2020. It offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses with more than 10 specializations.
Further, 22.2% of students who completed their undergraduate degree from this college were placed in Tata Consultancy Services.
As of 2019, the EAMCET ranking cut-off is 21,239 for the general category. Candidates who have appeared/passed the 10+2 examinations with mathematics, physics, and chemistry are eligible to apply.
